Trips run Sunday to Sunday.
All rates quoted are per person in Canadian dollars. All rates are subject to HST. Minimum booking is for 4 adults. Children 0-5 are free. Youth 6-16 are 3/4 rate. Rates include return airfare from White River, ON, boat/motor/unlimited gas for every two adults, accommodations, and one mid-stay, in-person check.
In order to confirm reservations, we require a deposit of $500.00 per person Canadian within 2 weeks of reservation. This deposit can be paid by credit card, personal cheque or via Interac E-transfer. The deposit is non-refundable however it can be applied to future stays at either The Northend Outpost or Mar Mac Lodge. Deposits can be transferred to friends or family members. You may protect your deposit by purchasing third party travel insurance. Please inquire for details.
Trips may be prepaid in advance. Again, prepayments are non-refundable, but may be transferred OR applied to a future stay at The Northend Outpost or Mar Mac Lodge. Prepayments may be protected by third party travel insurance. Inquire for details.
Final invoices will be issued 3 weeks prior to your stay. All invoices are issued in Canadian dollars. Payment can be made via credit card or Canadian interac e-transfer.
Transportation is provided by White River Air Services in White River, Ontario.
Each passenger is allotted 150 lbs. of luggage on the aircraft.
While White River Air does their best to keep to schedule, we are not responsible for any delays due to bad weather. Guests are responsible for any motel and meal expenses incurred due to delays. There are NO partial refunds because of shortened stays due to weather and/or no refunds are given due to party cancellation related to weather. Should space be available, stays may be extended to compensate for late arrival due to weather. No extra charge will be levied due to late departure because of weather.
